Augusto Marcello Mazzotta
Architect Museographer graduated from Sapienza University of Rome, since the early nineties he has mainly worked in museography, restoration and fine art.
He worked in the archaeological areas of Policoro and Pompeii, on the design and construction of the recomposition of the bronze statue attributed to Germanico kept at the Archaeological Museum of Amelia near Perugia, and on the reconstruction of the monument to Cardinal De Braye by Arnolfo di Cambio in the church of S. Domenico in Orvieto.
He has designed numerous exhibitions in Italy and in particular in Germany at the KAH in Bonn. Founder and CEO of the Artesistemi consortium, a stable grouping of Roman companies with a specific vocation in the preparation of exhibitions, he designs and carries out the reconstruction of the attic order of the porticoes of the Forum of Augustus presented at the Martin Gropius Bau in Berlin and the preparation of the Museum of the Imperial Forums in the Trajan Markets in Rome characterized, in particular, by numerous reconstructions made for the occasion.
For many years he has been working with Art GAP as an expert in artistic diagnostics.
